Register with the first name, last name, and email that's on your lease. If you have an existing account, check the instructions at the bottom of this page.

Click "ADD BANK ACCOUNT"

Enter your bank account's information.
Step 6
After 48 hours, a random amount less than one dollar will be deposited in your bank account. If you add your bank account on a Friday, this could take up to 4 days. After the amount is deposited, click verify.
Step 7
Enter the amount deposited in your bank account.
Step 8
After your bank account has been verified, you can make one-time payments or schedule auto-payments.
Existing Account
Click "USE MY EXISTING ACCOUNT!" if a popup appears saying there's an account tied to your email address. Email manager@windmilltownhomes.com to get your Resident Code (Tenant ID).
