Where is the leasing office located?
As you enter Windmill Drive you will see our leasing office on the left behind the Windmill Townhomes sign. It has a blue awning over the door. Make an appointment for prompt service.
Are rents per bedroom?
No, rents are for the entire apartment. We do not rent per bedroom.
Do I need a guarantor?
If applicants do not have a combined gross monthly income of at least six times monthly rent, each applicant must have a guarantor. Guarantors will need to fill out a Lease Contract Guaranty Application.
Are pets allowed?
No dogs allowed.
Cats allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee for each cat.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking will be available on site with a parking permit.
Do your apartments come furnished?
No, our apartments do not come furnished.
What appliances are included?
Each unit has an in-unit washer and dryer, frost-free refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
Do I need to turn on utilities?
Electricity needs to be connected under a resident's name.
How do I get internet?
How long is my lease?
Leases generally run from late July to early July the following year.
When do I move in?
You can move in around the end of July.
